Start with the occasion

Your table.
Your conversation.

Twenty-five years in kitchens, from Norman’s at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando to private estates and yachts, inform the preparation behind each evening. A stage at The French Laundry helped shape an enduring attention to detail, carried through to the final plate.

Share your occasion, guest count, location and preferred date. Cory will discuss the menu, dietary needs and service arrangements with you or your household representative. Scope and availability are agreed individually.

Considered from the beginning

Good company.
Every detail considered.

Personal service begins well before the first course, with a clear plan and a menu that belongs to your evening.

01 · The occasion

Your kind of evening.

A quiet dinner, a family celebration or an evening with guests. Share the date, guest count, town and atmosphere you have in mind. Cory plans directly with you or your household representative.

02 · The menu

Made for your guests.

Favorite cuisines, seasonal ingredients and dietary preferences guide the menu. Course count, portions and the pace of the evening are discussed together. Food allergies and preparation requirements are reviewed before arrangements are confirmed.

03 · The service

Space to enjoy it.

Preparation and service timing are coordinated around the occasion and your household. Kitchen access, equipment, staffing and setup and cleanup responsibilities are agreed as part of the plan, so expectations are clear before the evening.

A few useful details

Planning private dining.
Your questions.

The details of your home and occasion shape the menu and the service.

Where do you offer private dinner parties?

Private dining is arranged for homes in Wellington, Palm Beach, Manalapan, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach, with North Palm Beach also served. Include your town and preferred date so Cory can confirm availability and practical arrangements.

Are the sample menus fixed?

No. They show dishes and possible pairings from Cory’s repertoire. Favorite cuisines, seasonal ingredients, dietary preferences and the atmosphere you want guide the final menu. The number of courses and any dessert are planned individually.

What is included, and how is a dinner priced?

Menu planning, preparation and service arrangements are discussed for your particular evening. The menu, guest count, ingredients, staffing, timing and kitchen setup inform the proposed scope and price. Shopping, setup, table service and cleanup responsibilities are clarified before confirming the engagement.

How many guests can you cook for, and how far ahead should I inquire?

Share your guest count and date at the outset. The format, kitchen and staffing needs determine what is practical; capacity and lead time are confirmed individually. For seasonal dates and celebrations, starting the conversation early gives more time to plan.

What does my kitchen need?

Tell Cory about your cooking equipment, refrigeration, preparation space and the dining setting. Access, arrival timing and any additional equipment or staffing needs are discussed as part of the plan. The menu and service should suit the space available.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences?

Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and other requests can be discussed when planning your menu. Disclose allergies before booking so ingredients, kitchen limitations and cross-contact can be reviewed. Accommodations are confirmed individually; allergen-free preparation is not guaranteed.
